If you've lost portraits taken by us in the recent wild fires, we're here to help. We cannot guarantee that we have the original files from any professional portrait session or school/sport event (CUSTOM portraits go back about 16 years - SCHOOL/SPORT images just a few years), but we will work with you to restore what is possible. We will do our best to make replacement affordable as possible if insurance does not cover the replacement costs in full.  Please fill out the form below and give as much info as possible.  Please be patient with us as we try to work through this as we are already spread thin and have not been staffed for several months.  Thank you, and we are so sorry for your loss :(

Note: under "Description of Loss" please describe your CUSTOM portrait, with great detail, the pose(s) and sizes (8x10, 5x7, etc.) that need replacement.  For SCHOOL/SPORT please include details like school/grade/teacher/sport/team/division etc.
