Q: Can I e-mail my pictures to you for processing?

A: Yes. Please send pictures in JPEG format to photos@creativeimagingcenter.com

Q: Can I upload my images via your FTP server?

A: Yes. Email us and we’ll get you set up.  Be sure you have FTP client software installed that can handle the SFTP protocol.

Q: I live in a distant city but love your processing. Can you mail or ship my orders to me?

A: YES!! We are a growing online photofinisher. Send us your images via email or on a CD by snail-mail. Shipping is billed at actual cost.

Q: How do I schedule a portrait appointment?

A: Please call the studio nearest you at the numbers provided to you on the far right of this page.

Q: How can I contact you?

A: Our email addresses are at right; phone and address are at the bottom of all pages.

Q: Are you hiring?

A: We may not always have an immediate opening, but we always keep our eyes peeled for talented, caring people. We always accept resumes. Please send all resumes to jobs@creativeimagingcenter.com

Q: I need a passport, what do I do?

A: Just drop in (no need for an appointment) and we can take your passport photo and provide you with the necessary paperwork.

Q: What is a session fee?

A: A prepaid (paid at the time of booking) fee that guarantees your time with the photographer and helps cover a portion of our marketing and administrative investment. Prints from the session are priced separately.
